Finagle A Bagel

Bad service. I lost my keys and called to see if they were turned in. A woman named Lida answered the phone. Lida informed me that she does need to ask her manager or any other staff if keys were turned in. She refused to check and informed me that she doesn't need to check because she would know. It is totlally not her fault my keys were missing however I do believe she was very unprofessional addressing the matter and refusing to double check with manager or staff.

I am very upset and angry. I ordered a bagel with butter and got a bagel with butter but the knife or some how peanut for on my bagel. I have a nut allergy, when confronting the staff the was informed that there was no nuts. I will not be going there again. I would give them no stars but the is not an option.

Not good staff is rude. Bagel tasted old and the cream cheese was watery.

Great service, lovely and clean. Sadly today the toilets were not open, which is not good when you’re loading up on coffee.

Basic franchise-quality fare with typical franchise-sterile ambience... The bagel selection and attendant toppings/fillings are reasonably well varied. Prices are what you'd expect for Boston...

Had to grab a sandwich while wife was giving birth. Sandwich was great, wife did awesome, son is outstanding

Great Bagels!Best around, I get them one day every week and bring them to the office.Everyone loves them.Everything and Blueberry bagels are favorites.Personal favorite sandwich is the Chipotle Chicken Bacon Melt on your choice of bagel.Service is good and staff is friendly!

This is a nice little bagel shop. It's usually pretty quick, bagels are fantastic, and the coffee is pretty good too. It's also entertaining to watch the bagels get sliced by a buzz saw

Great food and the cafe is clean. Very close to Mass General Hospital.
