The story of Neapolitan pizza started long before we were here. The traditional technique of Neapolitan pizza is what attracted us to this style. One of our founders, Brion Voges, first discovered Neapolitan pizza while traveling. The unique and classic taste of the pizza led him to dive deeper into it’s history. Brion and Jim then set out to build FIAMMA Pizza Company. A brand built on family, tradition, and real food. Neapolitan pizza is based on an old tradition and at FIAMMA, we are proud to be a part of that tradition everyday. Along side our Neapolitan pizzas we serve Sicilian pies, the grandfather of Chicago & Detroit deep dish pizzas. as well as fresh salads and sandwiches. We are proud to serve pizza with heritage, and to share that heritage with you and yours.

Great wood fire pizza. We stumbled upon this restaurant when we couldn’t get into a popular dive down the street and didn’t regret it. Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. They even have a lower area that looks like would be a great place to hang out. Even spoke with one of the guys who was making and cooking the pizzas and they were friendly and enjoyed what they did - a rare thing these days.
