Cute small cozy place but the gratuity tax is way too high. $20 tax is too much. Also the prices on the menu were different from the receipt

Laid back atmosphere and chill environment. Great hooka lounge. Always busy because it's a great place to chill.

18 just cause it's hookah but they card you for drinks

I've seen the dancing at different time sometime early 3-5pm or later round 8-9pm

Call them or wait until 5:00PM. I went on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy. Just be prepared to wait a very long time for service and your food.

Nope. If you're going make sure you're ready spend a good chunk of money

I dont know for sure. I have been inside early and it's not really busy. You would have to call and ask if it's okay because people can buy hookah any time of day. Maybe try Casablancas in New Castle DE I know kids do go here.
