Nicely prepared BBQ meats. Cafeteria style serving and seating (community tables). Bar with spirits for almost anyone. We enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I must say the customer service is always great and they keep the spot clean constantly. Prices are reasonable and they serve large portions.

I’m from the South and this is my favorite barbecue place in NYC. The portions are perfect and the benches make it an awesome spot to catch up with friends. The prices are affordable and the cocktails are well crafted.

Outstanding! We got the pulled pork, brisket, and sausage with a side of potato salad, and baked beans. Holy cow!!! I grew up on BBQ and I have NEVER liked baked beans, but I saw them in the display and I knew I had to try them. They are UNREAL. Like, so good I brought home an extra for my roommates to try. The brisket (we immediately asked for fatty- no clue if they ask for your choice themselves but GET THE FATTY) was heavenly. The fat was rendered so perfectly and the crust was so flavorful and not overly salted at all. Just perfection. I wished the sausage was a little spicier, but I'm a nut for a real spicy smoked sausage. And honestly I didn't adore the pulled pork. It was a little dry for me- but I also know how easily BBQ can dry out once it's cooked so I'm not about to knock off a star for an otherwise perfect meal.

It's pretty good... I base all my smoked reviews on how good they do a brisket and honestly, it was just ok. A lot of the fat hadn't rendered so it was not quite there... Solid sauces with a decent kick. Sadly, I didn't try anything else but they have great beers and many, many whiskeys to plow through.

Excellent in all aspects!The food is so so good, really deep, smokey flavours - the pork belly and brisket were standouts!The service was outstanding - I asked the barman if they did beer flights (a few small tasters instead of 1 pint) and was told they don't serve them usually but would for me.The setting is really chilled and in-keeping with the food.

Food is very good. Very expensive and I wish there was a bit more variety on the menu, but it definitely hits the spot if you're craving great bbq.

I know it’s been around forever and there are other places but gosh it’s just my favourite place to get a big tray of meat.

I like the idea of the restaurant and really loved the atmosphere there. Unfortunately the food didn't live up to my expectations. The meat was good but the side dishes were disappointing. The sauerkraut was average and the potato salad was not only lacking in flavor but also tasted like waxy old potatoes. Maybe my expectations were too high since I know what my German grandma's potato salad tastes like... Anyway, I'd still come back and try other dishes here.

I adore this spot! They have excellent meals, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is an expert, I love very much eating all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.

Certainly a spot worth stopping by, the food is great and fresh, the cost is convenient and it is regularly clean in here. Kudos.

If you like smoked meats, these are some off the best you'll find in BK. Just go somewhere else to get your BBQ sides.
