We had the pleasure of dining at this cozy immaculate little restaurant. We sampled many things on the menu and it was all superb! Whether you live in New York City or are visiting the city this restaurant is a must! For real authentic Italian food prepared with love Ferdi is the one to visit.

What a gem! Food was high quality and delicious. Really solid wine list that was reasonably priced. Our server Will was excellent. This place feels truly unique in the heart of west village. It’s not overcrowded or overpriced. Just good people and great food!! Do not miss the table side gelato!

Very nice mom and pop restaurant! I have been twice already and really loved their eggplant appetizer (crespelle fiorentina) and penne alla russa as well as the nitro ice cream!! I highly recommend.

I can't believe I've been walking by this place so many times but never came in. This place is amazing! Their steak is huge and delicious 😍 100% would recommend it!

Definitely my new favorite Italian restaurant in NYC! So delicious, super cozy inside and the staff there are wonderful/ accommodating. Feels like your in Italy! Make sure to get any of the pastas. Save room for the dessert- gelato for two!!!!! Highly recommend coming here for any occasion!!

My fiancé and I had eaten at Ferdi a few times in the spring. Aida, Fernando and their team were great during each visit. The food was amazing. Drinks were delicious. We recently got married and were looking for locations to host our rehearsal dinner. For us, Ferdi was a natural choice. We worked with Aida to plan a meal, including apps served family styles, entrées choices for our guests - meat/fish/vegetarian - and dessert bites for each of our guests. Everyone was so quiet during the meal, that we looked up from our plates and laughed ....the food was amazing. We were literally speechless LOL! I know it sounds corny, but it's true ;) I asked Aida to have Fernando come up form the kitchen so our guests could meet him and thank him for the meal! Then, he surprised us with complimentary digestifs. I was speechless. Our wedding weekend was perfect - from the weather to the guests to the food - and Ferdi played a very large part in that. We had a birthday party for 8 people. The restaurant made it special.

First visit and we really enjoy! Thanks to our local guide Richard Châteauvert for the recommendation. We've got dinner to celebrate my sister's 40th anniversary and we have had an attentive service, great traditional & authentic italian food! Great cocktails and wine experience as well!!! We will definitively come back and recomment the address!

What is there not to say about this place. The staff is exceptional. The ambiance perfect. But the food.... im telling you.. Best Italian food I had in a VERY LONG TIME. Great flavor, perfect portions. I highly recommend Ferdi! Will be back very soon.

It's refreshing to find a restaurant in NYC that is both delicious and completely unpretentious/scene-y. The Ravioli was exceptional, and I don't know where they get their tomatoes but the sauce was perfect. Don't let the unassuming decor fool you, this place might not be the hot new Instagrammable spot on the LES but the food and service is impeccable and worth every penny. Support local independently-owned restaurants and start here because the food is freaking incredible!
