There was a sever with long black braid and she kept playing with it and never once washed her hands. She brought more bread sticks out and we didn't touch them

Our server, Yancy, made our experience amazing. His attitude and customer service were impeccable. The food was delicious, but great customer service makes your experience at any eating establishment x10 better. Way to go Fazoli’s and thank you Yancy for treating us so kindly. We will definitely be returning and hopefully he’ll be working when we do.
