Great food and service but very understaffed. They look like they're struggling with 2 employees.

The service was great. Lindsey S. was very friendly and very accommodating. We received are food quickly and Lindsey checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Although I think they could make an effort to hire a dishwasher. Our meals were served in takeout boxes the bread sticks were in a paper bag and we had to use plastic silverware. This is not a fast food restaurant. If I wanted to eat on and with plastic I would have gone to McDonds.

The manager was great. There was an issue with the meal and he noticed and fixed it before we did. Great service.

Had a great lunch today and Sean was super friendly. Food was ready at the table very quick. Will definitely go back!!!

Ordered from this restaurant for the first time ever a few weeks ago. The nice man on the phone was kind enough to explained how ordering and pick up worked and answered all my questions nicely without sounding like I was wasting his time etc. Knock down of a star because the food was just ok, nothing amazing or worth craving again. But high marks for great customer service.

We each had one of the samplers. The food was good and service lightning quick. We always enjoy Fazoli's.

Food was hot,served up fast and friendly.

Fazoli's may have low prices but they have some of the best pizza in Indianapolis. Plus some of the tastiest bread sticks around. The Fazoli's in Franklin is just sad. Employees just standing around doing nothing wile the trash piles up and the drinks are out. They have a help wunted sign up in a college town and end up with duds.

We celebrated our grandson's 13th birthday at Fazolis last night. We had a party of 8 and several people came in after us. Fazolis did not have very many people working and the young lady,Lindsay, was wonderful. She advised us that service might be slower than normal. She was helpful when we asked for something and even found us a lighter to light birthday candles. I know she had to be stressed, but she handled everything very well and we could hardly tell the restaurant was low on help.

Food was hot and fresh and the service was fast and friendly. I'll definitely be eating here again!

I placed my order on the app and it was done on time and almost 100% accurate. I'm not that irritated though since I was able to swap another item for the unavailable one with no issues. The food was good, but I had to take off a star because of the wait time. The poor woman working was running the drive thru and front registers totally alone and there was only one person in the kitchen. They were really hustling, working super hard, but it's impossible for two people to take care of the dinner rush on a Saturday all by themselves.
