Had a few minutes to stop and get lunch. Sara brought my food out and I have seen her here for years. She is always so nice and professional! She is the breadstick 👑 queen!

Enjoyed our meal at Fazoli’s! Our waitress, Bell, said that it would be a wait for penne, but offered extra breadsticks and a cookie when we chose another pasta. Always delicious! Thank you, Bell!

This was the absolute worst experience at Fazoli's in all my years of eating there. I will never patronize them again. I was completely disappointed in the pasta dish that they tried to sell me. It was the creamy basil pesto chicken penne baked pasta that used to be my favorite dish. They changed the recipe and the presentation was awful!!! As a server myself, I hate returning food but after one bite of that flavor-neglected pasta I marched right up to the counter and asked for the manager. I voiced my dismay and waited for the remake. To my surprise the dish was not good the second time. Just awful! Do not be mistaken, this dish was disgusting and I plan on complaining to corporate. Goodbye FOREVER!

Wow! What has happened at Fazoli's? Really looked forward to a wonderful dinner at Fazoli's, but such a big flop. Chicken Basil Penne was good. Really don't understand what happened to their dishes food served in or missing silverware. REALLY PLASTIC FORKS AND KNIVES FOR A 25.00 MEAL!!!!

I celebrated my nomination last night in this great place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a delightful evening and the place was no doubt the reason for that successful gathering. The crew helped in a sweet way, the cuisine was tasty and my friends were so overjoyed. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Great service, price is fair for some decent Italian food. They actually snuck some dog treats in our bag (drive-thru order), which was a nice surprise when we got home. Very thoughtful.
