Fazoli's

Arrived at 1045 AM, first and only customer in the dining room. Many tables are dirty, looks like they weren't washed off from yesterday's mess. Floor was dirty, needs vacuumed bad. Noticed staff sitting at tables playing on their phone instead of performing the much needed cleaning. Noodles were dry, so much for Alfredo sauce...

My food was luke warm. Fully cold before I finished eating. The bread sticks were hard and barely warm as well. Very disappointing.

The food was cold and the pizza was burnt. They were really slow. I have never had a bad experience as I did today. I ask to speak to a manager never seen the manager.

Went for lunch. Got the lunch meal with unlimited bread sticks. The basket person came around once and gave me 1 breadstick. There was only 8 people in the place at the time.

3 people walked by before someone finally took my order, the drink station was nasty, silverware that was in the tray were not clean, the trash at the front door was overflowing and needs immediate attention, the manager was yelling out for her employee to make our order while she walked through with a cigarette in her hand headed outside, only 2 people were actually working. The pizza and breadsticks isn’t the window looked dead! I asked for all my food to be fresh and oh it wasn’t... The pasta was extremely dry and the breadsticks were hard! This place needs serious attention and oh a new manager obviously!

I love this place. Always amazing service and food. Highly recommend!!!

Food is tasty and cheaper than going to Olive Garden.

I came in for a visit around dinner time and the cashier Noah helped me find exactly what I was looking for, I ended up ordering the ultimate sampler because it had a little bit of everything! By the time I made it to the table he was already brining out my food and it was hot and fresh HIGHLY recommend. Great service Noah :)

The food was great but service was slow and they had trouble handling orders since it was busy.

Kinda looked like a they had a bunch of leftover pasta and mixed it all together to make the dishes. Tasted good but, little disappointed.

I love this place! They always take care of me and my cravings!! Can not wait to come back! The breadsticks are life!!!! This fazolis is my favorite location

Tiarra was a very nice a polite worker here at fazolis. She made my order very quickly and correct. Everytime I come in here often and when she is here she is always very polite and nice.

I love it here so much omg. The customer service was so good, I was going through the drive through and this one girl kinda short and chocolate (Tiarra I believe) was so sweet, kind, and funny. Over all would eat here again. I was in town and wanted to try some genuine Italian cuisine, I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great morning staff! Always excellent and on top of things. Food is always fantastic! Can’t wait to come back again 😋
