Fun bar but a bit crowded. There is a downstairs room that was more open.

This is the place to avoid in NYC. Atmospheres is very loud and crowded. No room to dance. Drinks are overrated. The staff and bouncers especially are very rude. The girls bathroom was flooded. I told the bouncer to knock before entering the ladies bathroom and was told to shut up because I'm not a model.

I have never had a bad night here. There's the whole bouncer and line thing, but better than average for LES. The music is always on point. This is a good place to take a group of friends and dance the night away.

The place is not bad and me and my friends had a good time there but when I checked my account a day after, they had over charged me. Including the tip my bill was 10$ short of what they charged me and that really pissed me off. If I didn't get good service I will not give a high tip, does not mean they can change it and charge me more.I have tried contacting them and having this fixed but no luck yet! MY ADVICE: if you, by some bad luck of yours, end up here, make sure you pay in cash and if not, do not keep your tab open.

This place was pretty grimy. And the music wasn't great. But it is what you would expect from a place called Fat Baby.

The line on a warm night after 12 can be long but usually moves quickThis place is always a safe bet a good place to bring a small crew less then 4. Upstairs can get really crowded and hard to dance. Downstairs is usually a little less full. - Top 40 music- Drinks are average priced - Crowd is < 30

Amazing LES club for those late nights when you want to go out a little bit longer!

This place picks up after midnight, great crowd of folks, would recommend

Bouncers are petty, and dont know much. Give them a 20 and youd probably get in. Place is super crowded. The basemet smells. If you like ratchet, this place is for you!

Fat Baby is one of those places that when it is good its really good but when it is bad it's really bad. On a good night there will be a live DJ and the place will be packed from wall to wall. On a bad night the place is nearly empty and it looks more like a hostel in the red light district. Avoid Fat Baby on weekdays but make sure to check it out on Friday and Saturday nights.

This is a great place to drop by in middle of a bar hopping night to dance for a bit. Great because there is no cover!

RIP ! THIS PLACE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I travelled from the UK with my band, we were booked to play the venue. The sound engineer didn't have any xlrs, neither did he care or have any clue how to do his job. None of the amps were went through the PA as a result. We were rushed into playing early and given a short set. The venue charged $10 although none of the bands received anything. I would not recommend this venue to bands at all

Was told by the bouncer that I couldn't enter with my hat. My friend proposed putting it in her bag but was told "No" and that I still couldn't enter unless It was dispossed of. I never like to pull the race card but it makes you wonder.. Is the club racist or do they just profile. In any event, I refuse to do business with any establishment that profiles me or my friends. We are all very well educated and hard working. Why should we have to deal with non sense.
