The keg is like a shower; you never need it to live but you know it will always make life better. You should shower more than you go to the keg though.

Start to finish, I’m amazed at the experience I had at this location. The hostess who walked us to our table was energetic, professional and kept conversation flowing in a non invasive way. (Not easy to do btw). Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and had an infectiously positive attitude. We ordered 4 appetizers then we were approached by the kitchen manager who informed us they did not had a specific ingredient in the kitchen as they had ran out. We were initially kinda bummed as it was the dish we came here for but the kitchen manager (Jason) was amazing! He offered us a complimentary meal to apologize for the inconvenience. And he was insanely kind and professional. I work in fine dining and I do a lot of hiring... let’s just say people that offer that level of service to customers are very hard to come by. Thanks for the experience guys!!

The food was as good as I’ve ever had at the keg which is decent. The service was exceptional and absolutely no complaints about that at all. The drinks were pretty good as well. Are there better steakhouses, of course but there are much worse as well. The keg is always consistent and always decent. We Will continue to come here on occasion for sure.

We had a Christmas Eve dinner a group of 3. We were treated like royalty by the excellent staff. Everything from the Prime Rib steak to the steak & Shrimp was great. We finished with Billy Miner pie for 2 of us, with me having the fudge with ice cream. Yummy. Service was great speed acceptable due to full house. Pricing was excellent. Ralph Seal of approval.

The staff was awesome. Great food. Always made right. The kegs staff made my daughters 18th birthday great.

My daughter and her boyfriend went here on Sunday night. They both had The Keg burger. My daughter's had raw bacon in and she became violently ill. When her boyfriend called and told them, they said they would launch an investigation, but were unwilling to do anything to make it right. Utter nonsense. These kids saved up for their night out, chose The Keg and The Keg doesn't seem to care. Last time myself or anyone I know goes to this location. One which I have frequented.

The food is average, but the service is great. I love the layout of the restaurant as well, and the decor is so warm.One thing that's been really bothering me lately though (and I didn't count this in my rating because it's small) is how there's never a dessert menu at the table, or included in one of the little menus at the table. I hate having to wait until the end of the night, ask for the menu, then see for the first time what my options are.Anyways, overall a good place to have dinner!

The only place I go to for a consistently fabulous meal experience when I come to Calgary! Food is delicious, atmosphere is perfect, service never fails to impress and I must add that you get what you usually pay for but of all The Kegs I've been to over my many years of being a frequent customer to the chain across Canada, this one is in my top three! My daughter and her husband have been in Calgary for over three years and they insist on this location when it's time for our special event meal when I'm in town! Great team effort and thanks again for another wonderful experience!

We had an amazing experience here tonight (Oct. 19th). I had never been to a Keg before and now I cannot wait to go back. The appetizers were AMAZING, and the main course was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had, I had ribs and my boyfriend had the baseball sirloin which was equally as good. The service is what really put the whole experience over the top, our server was super friendly and after hearing it was my first visit to the Keg the manager gave us a complimentary dessert!! It was really busy but the service was top notch. So glad we made the last minute decision to go here tonight, you will not be disappointed!!!

Best service ever for my birthday!! Thank you Bailey, you were amazing. Filet, sirloin, crab legs were all perfect. And omg the Billy miners pie to go was better than amazing!
