Fareground

EDIT: We reached out to Fareground and they were so quick to remedy the situation!! Impressive customer service.Fareground advertises $3 / $21 max parking at the 111 Congress Garage. Last night when I attempted to use the QR code, it told me that it was expired. No one was available to assist with the call button so I ended up paying $42 for 2.5 hours of parking (6:30pm - 9pm). So much for happy hour....I'm not sure if the server gave me an expired bar code or what, but I would not recommend parking in the garage they recommend. Several cars in front of me were having the same issue, so it wasn't just my bar code. The line to get out of the garage took about 30 minutes, as no one's bar codes were working for the discount and everyone was attempting to reach someone to help, because who wants to pay $42 for less than 3 hours of parking??

I've been twice and I like it a lot. Nice airy space in a great spot for downtown workers and lurkers. Food I've tried has consistently been great. Counter service uniformly. Decent beer selection that could be more locally focused. When the weather is nice there's a sizeable outdoor space too. Should be a great resource for weekend lake trail expeditions.
