Famous toaster is my favorite breakfast restaurant in the university area. They have a great selection of food to choose from. Truly something for everyone. On the weekends expect there to be a wait. Normally is goes by quick, once you are seated you are served corn bread. Your food comes out quick. They also offer a student discount which is a nice add-on. In the warmer months you can sit outside close to the pond.

Amazing food. Everything was delicious. One of the best mimosas I’ve had with fresh squeezed orange juice. Plan on waiting on the weekends but your food comes out pretty quick so they turn over tables fast.

Meh...for a Thursday. Maybe its best to go on a weekend when the place is fully staffed and gives you cornbread. Not on Thursday....they were also out of orange juice. At a breakfast place....

The create your own omlet is delicious, the potatoes are seasoned well, and the English muffin is perfectly soft. Breakfast is good but it doesn't necessarily stand out compared to other places such as first watch, midtown pancake house, etc. Expect long wait times, anywhere from thirty minutes to over an hour. You can reserve a table through yelp. Service is okay, not super attentive but good.

Excellent food with friendly service. We came for Brunch with a large party and they accommodated us easily with a normal wait on a busy Sunday.Food was fresh and well executed. I had an omelet with substitutions. Perfectly cooked. The cucumber salad is excellent but a bit sweet. Coffee here is amazing.Their bloody Mary is not very good. They need to work on that - especially during brunch. If I could give them 4.5 stars I would. A definite recommend.

One of my favorite places to eat. Energy is great and so is the service. Food tastes great always.

Always good food but the last 2 times l went the Bloody Marys absolutly sucked. The mix tastes like somthing you'd get on a 70's airliner. There was tomato juice and vodka involved but l won't make the mistake of brunching there again. If you're gonna offer a bloody mary on the menu it better be above "the least you can do to get by."

I absolutely love the Famous Toastery! My parents always want to go when they are in town visiting, so I thought it would be a good idea to take on of my friends while visiting. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is outstanding and I admire the teamwork aspect of it!

This is my third third time eating there. I love the place because they polish the flatware and the glasses and dishes. The waiter staff all work together to make sure you’re well taken care of. They are not intrusive like some places every five minutes asking you is “everything all rightâ€. Food is well prepared, and the restaurant is clean, as well as the wait staff. I don’t like going places to eat and The waiters have food all over their clothing and shoes. They also have real butter, which is one of my benchmarks of a good restaurant.

California Omelette was delicious. There was a wait. It may be better to reserve and come back and do some shopping in the area. It appears to be a popular spot. The wait staff was friendly enough. Also for the Veteran they a give a discount which is also a plus.

I really like this place for breakfast. They are usually pretty busy but if you get there early they can be pretty quick getting you served. Wait staff is very nice.
