what an excellent place had the chicken-fried steak dinner not only did it tastes excellent it was fresh battered came with vegetables and my choice of potato also came with some other choices I had a dinner salad and I had peas for my vegetable and I had soup and included was my dessert all for $9.99 the price was excellent the taste of the food was excellent and the waitress brought me fresh strawberry ice cream that was just great what a deal I would highly recommend this place to anybody I'm coming back here next...

We have been going here since Ray and his family took over and remodeled the place. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but what I have has been very good. The service is excellant and we always try to leave a 25-30% tip because the ladies work hard. Coffees are always full...... Family Chef is one of those hidden gems I definitely would get off the highway and go out of my way to dine at.

Got a chicken salad sandwich express lunch. Came with soup and fries. U chose the potato soup and it was delicious. Im not normally a fan of potato soup. The fries were lightly coated and delicious as well. The young man who waited on us was friendly and attentive.

Had an early bird breakfast. Smaller serving, suitable for older person. The breakfast "special" is much more filling and great price. The people know me and always greet me.

I love going here. Staff is great and the food is good. It's not fancy but its substantial.

Had breakfast. Was very good. Plenty of food. Nice staff. The owner talk with me some. He was very interested in you being happy with everything. Clean place. Plenty of good parking, some extra in the rear. Saw a school bus back there. Prices were good also.
