Variety of dishes excellent. Quality of food is also excellent. Very consistent. All staff very nice.

Locally owned and operated. Plenty of surface parking in a lot. Large space with multiple areas for various tastes. Large bar area with perimeter seating and booths. Game space with table games and tables. Dining area with table service and multiple alcoves. Family friendly, large draft beer selection, frequent events from manufacturers. Several Tv's for viewing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Really excellent! An amazing menu. Love that it is always evolving! I had the clam pizza. It was delicious!

Everything is delicious! Chicken pretzel sandwich, boardwalk steak, shrimp tacos, pizza, wings.... you can’t go wrong here!

New menu is fantastic! Tons of great beers on tap, and very friendly bartenders. Its location is very unassuming, who would think such a great bar would be attached to a supermarket?

Great experience usually, make sure you get the pork roll fries & the nachos. I’m not normally one for nachos but these are outstanding & not just a pile of chips that’s sky high, they really focus on quality of the nachos. I was super excited to try the burgers since they strive for excellence on their website about their beef, but when I got my burger the whole bottom bun was soaked in grease. I could barely pick up burger without it falling apart, it really was a mess and was quite disappointing. The beef was okay, I was more upset about the mess. The presentation was great, but I’m Def not giving up on Firkin since I am a local !

This place remains a local favorite. They do a great job of updating their menu and improving their choices, offering local fare (try the Trenton Burger!), and having great drink selection to boot. This isn't a fancy place, but what they lack for in shiny digs, they make up for with hearty portions and smiles.

Great service and great food!

Me and a female friend of mine came here for dinner, it was a perfect halfway point between us. Drinks and food were awesome. Only complaint I have is the female bartender that wanted to ignore my friend and I until it was time to pay. The male bertender that actually took care of us and put our order in was very friendly and helpful even with taking care of several other large groups of people. Didn't get the names of the bardenters though.

I didn't write anything the 1st time I rated Firkin, but I figured I should now that I've been there a number of times. The atmosphere is relaxed & the staff is incredibly friendly. My family frequents Firkin quite a bit (I'm in another state, so only go during visits) & can attest to their consistently great pub fare. Love the specials; they really come up with some awesome dishes. Their regulars that standout: Pork Roll Fries (NJ holla!!), any of their wings (personal fave, Honey Sriracha), & Bang Bang Shrimp. Also, for those who like beer, my brother-in-law says they've got something like 30 kinds on tap at any given time. Prices are good too, I don't feel like anything is overpriced. Such a great find in a little strip mall.

i love all the games they have in the other room. i didn't get to try their food the kitchen closed at 10. i like these kinds of bars.

Stopped here on the way to Trenton Mercer Airport before a flight. The service was extremely slow even though we told our waitress we were on our wait to a flight. She also wasn't the friendliest. My mother and I shared a few apps, the Philly cheese egg rolls, sliders, and Bavarian pretzel they were all good nothing to write home about. The drinks were strong. And of course our waitress was no where to be found when we wanted our check someone else had to get it for us. It was a bit pricey for the environment and level of service. Probably will try one of the other restaurants in this plaza next time I fly up there.

Food, customer service, hostess all was great. I enjoy visiting the tavern whether its Happy Hour or just get drink and snack.
