Falafels Middle Eastern Grill and Catering

This place is amazing. We ordered the 'flavors of Jerusalem' platter and were pleasantly surprised by the quantity, quality and presentation of the dish. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to try some authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

First time here and it was pretty quiet, but then again it is the Summer time in Bloomington. I had the server named Nate, who has been there for over a year, and he was very friendly and definitely gave me a good recommendation. Make sure you save room for the ice cream at the end and try either the Walnut or Lavender flavors. Other than that, the Lamb Gyro with Red Peppers was amazing and very filling! Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite or a nice casual sit-down then definitely check this place out.

Having never experienced middle eastern food prior to coming here, it was a pleasant surprise. Add in plenty of vegan options (including gelato flavors) and a good lunch ambience, and you have an ideal option for lunch on Kirkwood. Personally, I would recommend hummus and pita + a plate of Falafels. Easily feeds 2 people for a cheap price of only 16-20 dollars. Their fast service and reasonable prices are what sold me on the restaurant.
