Clams were amazing, best I've had. Scallops were fresh and tender, not rubbery at all. Fish was super-fresh. Service fast and friendly. Is under different management now, it's a big improvement!

Only spot opened on the island for lunch time, their Club Sandwich was good. Found it was a bit on the pricey side as it’s the sandwich only, no fries included. The wait time is really not as bad as it states in some reviews, I found it was a regular restaurant wait time (15-20 min), I guess most people were expecting fast food time.
