Ordered door dash they claim they sent my order with the driver but things were missing but they didnt care enough to help out I guess they got paid so I doesnt matter to them past that point. How do you use a delivery service but dont care that YOUR product isn't making it to the customer? Whether it's your employee who forgot to put stuff in the bag or the driver missed it. Thanks for nothing dry strips with no sauces I ordered and no pie it is I guess

If this review was only based on the chicken Ezell's would be 3.5-4 stars. Unfortunately this location doesn't take call in to-go orders which makes ordering during my lunch break impossible. They also implemented a new system where they won't sell "specialties" after 6PM which is prime dinner time when I get off of work. Which means I can't order for lunch and I get half a dinner after 6. Due to this I gotta give my 15 year favorite 2 stars...
