Ezells Famous Chicken

Ordered online, waited 1 hour even though the website said 10 mins. Food was cold and kind of rubbery. Cobbler was gummy and tasted old. I should have gone to Popeyes for less money and faster service. Plus the person working was wearing her mask under her nose and got into a screaming match with a customer. Worst Ezells experience ever.

Took over a half hour to receive our order of two 1/2 lb combos when literally only one other couple was in the restaurant at the time. Mac n cheese is greasy and tasteless noodles. Didn't get the sauces I requested with my chicken.

Long wait for food and they were out of a side. Some staff weren't all that friendly and didn't include several parts of my order until I asked for them after I found they were missing. It looked like this happened to several other people. Chicken was decent, the roll was really good.

Love the food hate the service and yes I know they don't care. I just wasted 44min waiting for my small family order. After watching several large orders come in get ordered made and out the door I asked what was going on. I could clearly tell from the looks between the two employees that a mistake had been made somewhere along the line on their part but rather simply acknowledging that and apologizing I was given a b.s answer about non spicy chicken taking longer to cook. Again I watched them have people come in and Make orders have them filled and leave. I was told it would be another 15 minutes before my small daily Uber would be completed.

I can say being closed by 7pm on a Saturday is little rough. Personally you guys would probably double your business by staying open till 10-11pm (on a SATURDAY). I know staff is short but instead of giving ya'll my money it's going to KFC (which I don't really enjoy) ALSO (not going to be that guy that shows uo at 6:45pm/15 min till close asking for a 3-4 person meal). Love your food, hope hours are revised...

The food is great. Sometimes the lines are long. Having eating there several times, to me it seems like they have trouble predicting their staffing levels. The fried chicken is awesome, and the side orders are great. So is the sweet potato pie.

No matter how many chances. They continue to mess up my order 😒 I've been eating Ezells for over 30years. How hard is it, to ensure customer satisfaction by achieving quality assurance of service? To make matters worse it's always an excuse to the effort. No accountability. Missing ingredients a staff that could genuinely careless. It's not Mr.Stephens vision that's for damn sure. If not for the memories. I'd say leave them alone at this point in time.

So we're now being charged $5 for 2 waters! Like 6 pieces of chicken and 3 buns at $31.85 wasn't enough? Plus the order wasn't even correct! Yeah... I'll not be going back.
