Evergreen Restaurant delivered some of the best Chinese style roast meats in the city. And while the restaurant's decor and presentation of each dish could be improved, the flavour is ultimately authentic and the portions reasonable. Worth a visit to treat anyone's itch for Chinese BBQ.

The place is quite small. It would be better if you make reservation before you go. No private parking lot, but you can park in a street. Dishes are very tasty just a bit salty. Friendly and helpful service.

In business since 1982, Teresa and her husband have been building a cement-solid loyal following since. I would have to say it is the consistency of quality that is absolutely the cornerstone of this business. A tiny little place, easily missed of you are driving down Pembina, but a MUST FIND! I have tried many dishes on their menu, and have never been disappointed. The best for me however, is the BBQ pork; always fantastic, even better when dipped in their home made hot (chili) sauce. Wonton soup is awesome, I always order extra wontons because they are that good.
