Great place to relax before a flight. Food was excellent and customer service was good. Nice bathrooms and very clean.

We don't share the negative comments posted here. Apparently our fellow travellers never tasted the medicine served in the US lounges, where stale pastries (2 kinds maximum) and lukewarm coffee is a golden standard. Our experience with PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE (USA TRANSBORDER) was entirely positive. Good selection of pastries (blueberry muffins, mini croissants, and palm leaves, to name a few) and breads, 4 different salads, including the healthy choices (quinoa, beets, etc.) and 3 choices of hot food, all of the above felt like a dream come true for us, the US travellers. The lounge features separate sit-down dining area and the relaxation area on the other side of the lounge. Sure enough, compared to, say, Air France La Première Lounge at CDG, Plaza Premium Lounge feels like a poor relative, but "to all (USA-Transborder) intents, constructions, and purposes" the place is a great respite from the airport hustle and bustle.

Very quick and efficient in what they do. I got to the airport rather late and they were very understanding when I explained that I’m going to need everything as soon as possible. One employee named Ivan was particularly helpful and gave me a truly five-star experience.

A busy place! Not the cleanest lounge and a lot of people coming in and out, but checkout was efficient. Small plates for breakfast are good...quinoa salad and beet salad options were a refreshing change. The food area is small and the stations are close together so even two or three people trying to get food or coffee can become quite hectic. Restrooms were decent. Good view of my gate so I could see when boarding started.

Flight was delayed, so decided to check in to the lounge. The food was authentic with different options such as vegetarian, gluten free meals etc.. I had a great experience. Employees such as Rebeca and Asna made my day memorable. They were soFriendly and their customer service skills were exemplary to me.

This has been my first time visiting the lounge thanks to Amex Priority Pass. I really enjoyed my recent experience at Plaza Premium Lounge when I was flying from Toronto to Atlanta. All the staff members were extremely polite and amicable especially Ivan. He regularly checked up on me to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my stay. He also helped me carry my luggages all the way to terminal 3. The buffet was also amazing! I would highly recommend Plaza Premium Lounge Toronto!!

Not worth the price one pays for this LIMITED selection of food! Unless you like/love Asian cuisine THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! I have tried using this lounge on more than one occasion. One would think once was enough but hey, why not give them a chance to FIX IT! Three times suppose to be a charm....NOT! The seats do not appear to be wiped down so whoever slept/drooled there previously can come back and re use this nasty seat! They should disclose the menu on a weekly basis. Have the meals planned so people can decide if the $40 price is worth it! Stay away!!!

My recent stay here for my layover left me with outstanding service. The food was delicious, the lunge was clean and comfy, and the staff were very caring to your needs; it was definitely worth the price. In addition, one staff member in particular, Ivan, was very helpful and speedy when I required assistance with my food. Would recommend, and would love to return once I arrive to Pearson again.

I had a very awesome and relaxing experience staying at plaza premium lounge , the ambiance and the staff who accompany us during our stay was very reliable especially Ivan. I will definitely going to recommend this to my friends who will visit Toronto in the future. Keep it up! Thumbs up to your service!

I had a great experience at plaza premium lounge toronto. The food is good. The place is nice. Also, the staffs are nice and friendly specially Deanna and Ivan. Highly recommended!

The previous lounge in terminal 1 was relatively large and relatively good facilities, food and windows. Unfortunately, the present “temporary” longe at gate 55 is cramped, with no visibility, crowded and understaffed resulting in lack of cleaning off of tables. The tap in one men’s bathroom did not work. This level of quality has been experienced several times in a row now. Well below what is to be expected of a lounge of this type which is affiliated with the American Express brand. I am told the “temporary” lounge will last another two years. I will continue to use when not flying AC business but only because no other viable option. Should do better. Much better.

I've been to multiple lounges and I can definitely say that Plaza Premium Lounge is one of the best lounges I've ever been to, so far. The food was exceptional, they offered me different kinds of food choices to choose from. Mr. Ivan was really nice throughout my stay in the lounge, he offered to help me with my belongings. He was really approachable and making sure that I got everything I needed in the lounge. The vibe of the place itself is peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall my experience was fantastic. Ivan was really great at helping me out with my luggage and helping me with my needs. This place is really great. I would totally come back here and recommend to others!

Our very first experience at an airport premium lounge. The first lounge looked to be quite small, a very small selection of various pizzas with some beverages and such, but after paying an extra $10 per person we were moved to the far more luxurious windowed lounge with a very nice buffet with open bar (small selection). Amparo was our friend who looked after our service and I think we might do this again. Cheers!
