Sofia was incredible and on top of the mimosa game. She was on point! My first bottomless mimosa experience in NYC and I’m thrilled Sofia was a part of it. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing atmosphere! Helena is THE BEST! Make sure she is your server, you're guaranteed to have a great experience here..also she made sure our mimosas were never empty...the most important part !!

Amazing and prompt service. Mimosas were truly bottomless and Helena was so polite and sweet and made sure our drinks were full all morning! If you’re considering coming here, take this as a sign to come here as soon as possible!!!!

Came here for brunch for my friends birthday with 20 people and I am so impressed. Everyone loved their food and the bottomless drinks - no one had an empty drink for longer than 30 seconds. Would definitely recommend and highly considering coming back for my birthday!!!!!

Went there for trivia night. Drinks were awesome. Nice and rare selections. Food was delicious but portions were way too small for the price. We were seated with 2 other couples/teams. Even though we told the waiter 3 times we are not one party, at the end he brought 1 bill with our combined orders and made it a mess of figuring out who ordered what..

Great service fast and kind. Good wine selection. Not impressed with the food, great appetizers, calamari were delicious and meat was also good expect it was too much done. Desserts need improvement. They didn't have all of them and they were quite limited (4-5).

We went on a Saturday morning, right before noon without reservations, so we had to wait about 20 minutes for a group of 4 to be seated. Definitely make reservations if you can because after we were seated, we noticed the place got packed! It’s probably a great place for parties/big groups since there’s so many seats and space—which naturally makes the place on the louder side. Great service. The Aristocrat was a bit fishy/salty for my taste but still, decent.

The food was excellent especially the tuna. The atmosphere is even better. It's very spacious inside so you don't feel crammed like in other restaurants/lounges in the area.

Good brunch deal. $40 gets your an entree and bottomless brunch drinks (bloody Mary, mimosa, screwdriver or Narragansett lager).I had the burger and it was very good. The fries look hand cut and were nice and crispy. The avocado shrimp salad was also very good. Our server was on top of our drinks the whole time, which is crucial for a bottomless brunch.

Great brunch venue, nice options for all diets, friendly hard-working staff, and delicious drinks. I’ve been here twice for the 2 hour brunch parties and always have a fun time. I’m giving the establishment only 3 stars because (1) it is so loud and overcrowded that it’s too difficult to have conversation and (2) the bathrooms were really gross and in disrepair. It might be 5 stars on a more quiet day!

Wow! Could brunch be better? Sofia anticipates your needs and is right there with more mimosa just as you take the last sip of your finely crafted beverage. 10/10, would brunch again.

Had dinner at Essex the drinks and food was ok. We ordered the spicy Margarita pitcher. It had a good kick but the flavor was not there. I ordered the Salmon which was served skin side facing up and was average. My friends ordered the burger and said the bread was stale, which ruined the burger for them. Wait staff was nice and helpful.

Solid boozy brunch spot in the lower east side. We came here with a group of eight, and the per person brunch cost for 8+ people is $10 more than the stated cost per person when there is less than 8 in the group ($49 vs $39). The food was tasty and they were generous with the drink refills (especially the mimosas, which they kept bringing out pitchers of to refill). Everyone in our group seemed to enjoy their food. For ambience, the setup is nice but the music is super loud which made it difficult to chat with anyone sitting more than one seat away from you.

Love this place. Food was delicious. I was here for the valentine prefixed dinner, no complaints whatsoever. Portions were great, service overall. My only dislike was the music was too loud for the occasion, was more like a lounge environment than romantic friendly like. I will definitely comeback for drinks.
