Bagels were good staff was understandably a little on edge due to how busy they were (line out the door) fee like they should have staffed up more for the rush but none the less bagels were really good they had a great selection of flavors and spreads. Definitely a staple would highly suggest if you are visiting the city. Side note the coffee was great! Plan ahead get there early or be prepared to wait.

A simply decorated food house that makes a comfortable food environment. There are mostly Bakery, Bagels, and Delis items. This place is not that Franky to come with friends. But If you guys have a plan to taste something bakery and sweet, you must come here. Their foods are fresh and healthy. It has vegetarian options, bike parking and car parking.

Great staffs, superb bagels! Can also find sandwiches and coffee here.A variety of different types of bagels to choose from. You’re more welcome to mix and match your own fav ingredients. Nine grain bagel + smoked salmon + avocado garlic cream cheese is so tasty!

Good place to get a bagel. My family lives right down the street. We make a tradition to go here everytime we visit.

Unbelievable. These bagels are next level, and I didn’t even think that was possible with something as simple as a bagel. First of all, you need to know the lines. The huge line you see out the door is for the tourists that don’t know better or the people that want a toasted bagel or a specialty bagel. If you are looking for your simple, fresh out of the oven bagels with cream cheese, go right inside to the separate counter with NO LINE to get that. While I love the everything bagel, the true gem is the garlic bagel. That excellent, toasted garlic flavor is perfect, and when paired with the chive cream cheese, there is nothing better. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Delicious, quality bagels. The line is literally 2 hours long but the staff is very friendly and doesn't rush you at all when you get to the front. Great service and product! Maybe order ahead ;) I ordered their specialty bagel on a sesame bagel with smoked salmon. My husband ordered a cheese bagel with jalapeno schmear.

Microwaved eggs in plastic take out container. Just to get that out-of-the-way. First time visiting around 9:30 AM weekday. Confusing ordering system between a bagel line, sandwich line, and pay here line. A lot of us lined up in the pay here line and were instructed to go to other lines for our order. Natasha seemed as if she could not be bothered at all. Overwhelmed as well. End up getting plain bagel with a smear of cream cheese. (Was planning on ordering a cheese bagel until I saw that) It was an OK bagel with OK cream cheese. Tourist trap or just a regular overpriced midtown bagel shop. You decide.

This place is great - I mean the bagels are good, but more importantly you get to play jokes on naive tourists. So what you do is go there on the weekend when the line is wrapped around out the door and say hello to a couple of people outside in line. Then you go walk right past them through the door, to the back where the express line is, and buy a bag of bagels and a tub of cream cheese. Then in the back of the place, you cut your bagel and spread on the cream cheese. You walk out holding your bag and your handmade bagel sandwich in your hand, and say to the same people you greeted before who probably haven't moved in line, "What, ya still here?" And you walk away.

One the best tasting and consistent bagel shops in all of Manhattan! The staff is very helpful for first timers as it can be very confusing. The line is usually out the door at peak hours for very good reasons so ordering ahead online is recommended if you're crunched for time! Their signature bagel is a must try along with their other creative signature options!

The bagels are tasty. The staff was also very nice, and the food was ready quickly. All in all a good spot for a quick bite to eat!

Bagels are very good. Not the best in the city, but delicious and soft. If there is a line out the door, it's not worth it in my opinion. If there is a line inside, that's normal and stick around for a great meal. The signature lox bagel sandwich is fantastic although I got it without the mealy, out-of-season tomato. You can't go wrong with any of their bagels with any of their cream cheeses if you don't want a sandwich.Be prepared to spend $8 on a bagel with cream cheese or $12-16 on a bagel sandwich. It's worth the price if you're craving a tasty bagel. Most of their drinks aren't good or they're just overpriced bottles you can get from the market down the street for less.

What a fun place! The tofu cream cheese was a nice surprise for this dairy-free customer. The bagels were great with excellent options for something sweet or savory. I would have liked to see it a bit cleaner, though. It appeared as though the floor hadn't been swept in days and the tables were full of crumbs and spills.

I was visiting New York and never understood the love of New York bagels until coming here. Wow bagel texture was perfect. Airy, but still chewy. Eating it with cream cheese (toasted and non-toasted) both ways are amazing. Was still pretty good next morning.

Authentic NYC bagel. Handmade ofcourse. 👌 So many different type of cream cheese. My favorite is banana flavor. The only issue that they are extremely busy. Small seating place area. Every time when I am in NYC this is my spot to visit.
