We went for lunch and tried a bunch of items. Loved everything we ordered. Service was a bit slow but restaurant was very busy at the time and this within the first few days of opening. Would definitely recommend!

The food was absolutely delicious! I definitely want to come back and try other options. The atmosphere is what I think draw in most people; the space is quaint --i.e. small-- and I believe that adds to the charm! The decor is lively and the staff friendly.

Service was very good. Nachos should not be called nachos and were more like cheese poppers but were delicious. The guacamole on those was good but when we ordered it separately it was incredibly sour (too much lemon). Korean beef tacos were tasty, not the biggest fan of the corn tortillas though. Churros are always good. I liked my rum and coconut cocktail. They do not have slush drinks if that's what you're looking for (I am completely happy with that, but my friend took issue)

Those were the worst Baja tacos I've ever had. The codfish was rotten. It had a very strong odour and soon as I bit into it I knew right away. Cod fish is a very strong fish however it should not smell fishy. It should smell like Marine water. The guacamole was average because it lacked a lot of flavour. The fried tostadas on this side where cold. The chicken tostadas however were pretty good however is the tostada was also cold. I suspect this restaurant is pre-cooking their tostadas and setting them aside. It could also be that the oil was not hot enough when they were frying them. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I suggested to the manager that they changed the fish if it's he said it's a problem every night.

Absolutely fantastic in every conceivable way! Great and enthusiastic staff working with a quality product that's worth coming back for more. Come check out the best tapas spot in the West Island! You wont be disappointed!

It’s a cute little spot very cool decor makes you feel sort of like you’re on vacation with the hanging lights above you. The service was good and they were real busy, reservations is a must I’d say even if you think you’re going on a slow night they fill up quick. The food was very good, very authentic and full of flavour portions were decent sized too. This place is so Instagram worthy so many cute spots to choose from the bathroom is adorable.

If you’re looking for a great place to go on a date without the headache of having to go downtown, this is it. Amazing food and service coupled with a cozy ambiance make it a clutch place to bring a date. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t just good for dates, I’ve been there with family members and friends and the experience is still just as good. If you go, check out the art work inside. It’s absolutely stunning.

We were at Escondite last night for my daughter's birthday. A large group of 11. It was simply amazing in every way. The food, service, and ambiance are wonderful. Food arrived a great pace and was beautifully presented and cooked. Cocktails are amazing! The owner really manages the place extremely well and is involved with customer experience. My family loved it and want to go back for our next family celebration. Great addition to the West Island! Congrats!!
