Seriously delicious! Best french fry I've ever eaten, excellent wait staff. I could eat here everyday and the vegetarian menu is boss!

I give a five star because the food and staff are usually excellent but today I ordered a Reuben and it was good but would have been better if they had put the thousand island dressing on it as the menu states! Since it was a delivery order I could not ask for the dressing! I am sure it was just a little mistake so I dealt with it!! Guess next time I order I will ask for an extra side of dressing!!

The atmosphere was very warm and attractive. Everyone was in good spirits and helpful and made us feel welcome. The food was great - it was a fantastic lunch!

Absolutely awesome. I had the Monterey Ranch sandwich with crispy chicken and it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time— and I work in food! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. My mom also liked her Cajun burger. We can’t wait to go back!

Our server Jen was great -very attentive. There were 4 of us and all of our dinners were great. Will for sure go back!

I ordered a to-go order and on a busy Friday night and it was amazing! The staff there are great and will go above and beyond for you!

Just had the office takeout dinner. First time ever eating from there. It was great. Prime rib and chicken parm. Definitely will be eating there again. Awesome service and very friendly. I am a future customer.

Char grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was excellent

This is a cute little restaurant that is good for a quick bite to eat. Or something a bit larger. Eric's has been around forever and is a staple in Canandaigua.

Stopped in late afternoon, between lunch and dinner menus. I had a great chipotle burger which comes with french fries and my wife had a cup of the French onion soup which were both excellent! Wait staff was friendly and very efficient in seating, getting order and bring meals when prepared. Their food has always been very good and look forward to eating there when in the area.

We were referred by the employees of Vision Hyundai to check this place out for lunch. We are so glad we did! I've drove past this place dozens of times but never gave it a second look. It's like the hidden gem of Canandaigua! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly waitress who was extremely tentative to our needs and made sure we had a warm spot away from the door. The menu was so vast it was hard to narrow our choices down. We both settled on "The Texas Big A" . I got the char grilled steak burger and my wife got the crispy chicken breast. They were so delicious we ended up swapping halves. We ordered a side of ranch to dip our fries and I have to say it is the best ranch we've ever had. We were informed that it's home made. The fries were excellent as well. This was an all round great experience! Highly recommended!

Went for my husband's 50th Birthday, everything was wonderful. I had a tenderloin with blue cheese sauce that was to die for...the kind of meal you never want to end! My husband had a strip steak that looked yummy and everything was cooked perfectly! Go! And start off with the crab cakes!

Always good food, but cool dining atmosphere. Dress warm. Bisque is Friday.

Food was good. Service very slow. It took 15 minutes before someone came over and asked if we wanted something to drink by that time already figured out what we wanted for dinner and ordered dinner at the same time. Once we got are food we never saw are waiters again until we where done eating dinner and brought us the check

Excellent food. Wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable about both liquor and food menu. Very friendly and great sense of humor.
