Epic Steak

I've been here several times with very close friends. Always great service, food and atmosphere. One of my most favorite restaurants in San Francisco!

Best dinner I've had in such a long time. Fresh oysters. Sea bass was amazing! And then the cappuccino. Just wow. Absolutely amazing. Everything was outstanding

Great service food and atmosphere. Finish lunch and go for a walk along the water! I bring my employees here often for a work anniversary or reward. Always a hit.

Service was quite good and the steak was seasoned and cooked well. Unfortunately, dishes other than the steak were not very good. Two of our oysters had bits of shell in the meat and the sea bass we ordered was over cooked.

For the price I expected some mind blowing steak but it was just a solid average bordering good steak house. The food is 3 stars but the overall restaurant and ambiance makes it 4 stars. We got to sit outside and it was perfect weather with a great view of the bay bridge.I got the dry rub ribeye with the house steak rub add on and had the sweet potato as the side. I had it cooked medium rare and it was cooked perfectly! Recommend the bread appetizer!!! The bread was amazing.

Great for special occasions. Great view from most tables. Excellent wine list. Steaks were very good. DIY salad was Epic. Service was great until we were trying to get the tab. Took a bit longer than expected. Would dine again.

Overall worth the price. I am from Texas and eat a fair amount of steak. If you have somebody special from out of town and you need to impress them this is a good place to go. The view is good and service is ok. So long as you are getting something standard things are good. I ordered my $70 steak with extra sear and they weren't comfortable with that. Our guest ordered their favorite type of wine and it took them 15+ minutes to find it and bring it out. I ordered a glass of port off their desert menu and the ice cream had melted by the time they brought out the port. But overall the food was very good. Our guests wife is a major local foodie and she had been here before and picked the location. Be aware their medium-rare is what most steakhouses would consider rare. I'll probably take my mother here for her birthday.

Came here for dinner for our anniversary. We showed up an hour before our reservation and they had us seated in minutes. The server and his service was impeccable. The food, exquisite. My one and only critic is that the fries were too salty. Otherwise, just amazing.

From the very beginning since we walked in the door it was a pleasant and special experience. From the staff, to the food, to the environment to the views....everything was perfect! I took my fiance to Epic Steak to celebrate our engagement. I don't think I could have picked a better location. Besides the amazing food, the best part of our dinner was the staff. Our waiter Diego and the manager Lauren went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to celebrate our special night right. Still the same great appetizers, cocktails, steaks and wine list not to mention the epic view of the Bay Bridge. If you are considering one of the big chains you may want to shift your party down to the waterfront. Exceptional sides and service to boot.

First time there. We had a great experience. Great wine selection, food was very good and the service was exceptional. Our server was Asher. He was on top of our whole experience beginning to end. We will be back for sure. Our suggestion would be to request Asher as your server, order the tar tar and the filet.

Great location if you want a view, especially on a nice day when you can sit outside, and good lunch.

We stopped in for lunch when the place next door was no longer accepting walk ins. We were seated right away on the patio with a nice view of the water front. Our food was very good, they had a steak lunch special that was on point.

This is a fantastic restaurant. Above and beyond spectacular view only second to quality of service and food. The service is highly attentive but not intrusive. The steaks are wonderful and the sides are varied, flavorful and selection both unique and traditional. This is a Go To place in San Francisco or lets just say in all of Bay Area.

A perfectly adequate steakhouse with amazing views. Came here for restaurant week. The dessert was really good.
