Epic Buffet

Been there many times and never been disappointed! Only $6.99 for senior buffet on Fridays. Headed there now!I am shocked at the bad reviews ! Can’t please everyone!

Great food

Me and my wife ate here on our one year anniversary. Me and her were very disappointed! For 64.00 to eat there, I could find a cheaper buffet that taste alot better. There's not much variety and under seasoned. Chicken was dry and the cream puffs were nasty. It looks so good but when you eat it, it doesn't taste good. 64.00 for two people and the food wasn't even worth it! I cook better food at home. I wanted our anniversary to be wonderful and it was except for the buffet. I will say the waitress was on top of everything but the food was plain nasty! I will not be eating here again! We will just eat a greasy burger and spend five bucks and go gambling. I feel I was jipped for my money! Also I had to tip the girl bc she was doing so good with her service and plus it's not her fault the food came out gross! I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels chef Ramsey should fix this! 64.00 for poor house food? That's ridiculous!

Food was great; however I was rather disturbed when a paying handicapped elderly lady was seated next to our table she was told that she needed to get her own plate and wasn’t able to do so she just sat there & my husband had to go offer to fix her a plate. I’m sorry, but that was so heartless & as many people that work in the EPIC BUFFET, at least someone could’ve taken a minute to help her. That is poor customer service in my opinion!

We have been going to Hollywood for several years now. The last few times that we went for lunch there was no waiting in line and as we were being seated we noticed that there were a lot of empty tables.. This was around noon time. As the saying goes, "History repeats itself" the food was awful and it make you think twice about going back. Hollywood needs to hire a chef and an manager who knows what they are doing in order to bring the repeat customers back. As far as the casino and the hotel, Lots of people complain about losing their money on slots. The hotel no longer comps a room although good money was thrown away with no return. I sometimes think that staying at home w/ a ham sandwich makes much better sense.

Great Prime Rib, Steaks, pretty much anything off the grill, salad bar, desserts!

Place is garbage. Stayed there one night which was originally priced at $127. I ended up getting charged $411 and they refused to give me any money back. I ended up having to file a claim with my bank to receive my money back. The buffet is also trash. They now have the idea of using their hands to place individual crab legs on your plate and refuse to give more than one (which are poorly cooked). For almost $70 for two people, this should be more professional. I refuse to spend money here again. Hard rock is better.

Not worth the $27 a person. The baby corn was sour and the selection was poor for the price.

Usually very happy with this buffet. Decided to take my parents, both in wheelchairs. VERY AGGRAVATED & DISGUSTED when found out we had to go thru line REPEATEDLY for 2 pieces of crab. By the time my husband & I went thru, shelled crab for parents, went back thru, it was time to shell again for them. We couldn't even eat. While I realize this is an extreme situation, we would have been just as mad had we been alone. This "RATIONING " policy to save money & avoid waste, is costing them customers. After spending $ on casino floor, then paying the buffet price for "all-u-can-eat" & having someone else decide what I can eat, won't be back. We are not the only ones who felt this way.No Southern Hospitality there. Just stupid, not-thought-thru F & B policy. Unfortunately there will always be waste at buffets. NOT the way to handle it.

We have eaten here many times and were usually happy with our meals. We visited last night and after standing in line for about 45 minutes to pay, which is normal and not an issue, we then realized that we had to stand in line for 10-15 minutes each time we wanted crab legs. After standing in line for the crab legs, the single employee working that area hands each person 2 clusters of crab legs. If you want more, you guessed it, you have to stand in line again. They also increased the price from $25 to $30 per person, which wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t rationing food. The food quality seems to have slipped some as well. Probably our last visit.

Homestyle buffet with selections of Asian, Deep Fried South, and home style cuisine. You have to love the deveined peel and eat shrimp. Good salad bar and a large selection of desserts.

I would call and make sure they have crab if ur going there for that paid 62.50 for 2 people to get to the crab line and they only have shrimp
