Absolutely horrible food 8/17/18 : the fried rice was terrible the mushu pork was terrible they forgot the plum sauce their food used to be good 😊 .I don't know what happened did the business change hands ??? or what the two people working both did not speak English there was a definite language barrier they definitely lost my business buyer beware !!!!!!

I love this place so much there food is so delicious and they give you a good amount of food. sue and Joe are the sweetest people ever I will never stop eating at this place. also the girl at the counter is so sweet and helpful I totally recommend this place to everyone.

I ordered Kung Pao chicken and it was awful the veggies was to hard and the same was sour very bad food I sent the food back he claimed to have recooked it but it was the same ordered I had originally I tasted it after that I was done I just got my money back and left I will never go back there again

Arrived at our home in 20 minutes!!!Delicious!!! We ordered the orange chicken and the general tsaos chicken. It was one of the best chinese delivery meals we've ever had! The fried rice is incredible with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. The chunks of chicken in it were tender and full of flavor! We also ordered a side of pan fried noodles which is the reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5. The noodles were completely crunchy and not soft at all. They had no flavor because of it. However, on the other hand, it added a nice crunch to the meal. Will definitely be ordering again. No need to go anywhere else anymore!

Hadn't been here in years. Went today and the food was super good. Great food and great prices. Staff was nice too. Will definitely be back!

Food poisoned Had to work a full shift with food poisoning won't refund or replace because I didn't bring it back yesterday. I got food around 8 they were closed before I digested it smh. I offered to bring half the food back. Shouting in the background as my request is made. I work all day ate nothing else but en lai. Got the pork eggfooyoung good price good service food was dry. MY egg foo young was dry gravy on the side. Shrimp fried Rice dry a little undercooked. Still I had to work threw pain and ib because somebody didn't wash there hands or wok or Something. I was gonna settle for a replacement because this didn't happen last time. They were not interested in a second chance at all who ever answers the phone is nice tho.

Ordered four dinners on Thurs 7/26 and none of it was good. We've been coming here for years and if this had been our 1st time, it would definetely have been our last. There was only 2 people working. The lady taking the orders & a male cook. Neither could speak any English. The one speciality order was completely done wrong, yet could not get them to understand. All four orders did not taste as good at all. The chicken on all the orders was extremely tough & mostly inedible! Hardly any veggies and basically all hit the garbage. For years there has been a man working in here and cooking. His food is excellent, I "think" he might even be the owner? Whoever, you're leaving to cover the restaurant when you're not there is going to ruin your business!! If I walk in and all I see are those 2 again, I'll be taking my business to another Chinese restaurant in town.

This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in New Lenox. However there was something not right with the taste of the food. The crab Rangoon tasted like the cream cheese was spoiled. The shrimp fried rice was not on q either, had a strange flavor. The chicken and broccoli was fine. One out of 3 tasting good not good will never go back.

My order was missing the beef chop suey. I had a pint of sweet and sour that went with nothing I ordered. Orange chicken was OK, as well as the fried rice. The crab Rangoon had a sweet flavor to it which made me nauseous. other places I have ordered, their Rangoon never tasted like that. I was refunded through door dash, which is where I ordered it from.It was my first experience and I won't be ordering chinese from there again.

Chicagoland has a different style of chinese food than I am used to but En Lai is inline with what i've had everywhere else in the US. The service is always quick and i love the food here.

Sweet and Sour chicken, mongolian beef, Crab Rangoon are all excellent. I have never had a bad experience here, the people are very nice and the the food is a tremendous value.

Used to be our go-to place....unfortunately they have closed up permanentely as of 4/2/19.

Nope! Not organized, only 2 people working and neither could really understand English. It took us literally 10 of the longest minutes to order 3 of the exact same meals. We ordered the Bourbon Chicken. My husband and son ate their food. I could not. Chicken just didn’t look right. It took them forever to cook food that is not fresh.
