When Tim drives, all is well. When Tim is not driving, all is not well. Then to call and get the answers we got was even more frustrating. It did not come across like the receptionist understood we are trying to run a business. Too much of a nonchalant attitude toward the problem and the solution.

My first order of business when taking back over my kitchen was to get an account set back up with Engleman's. Their bread is always fresh, always delicious, and always on time. Not to mention the staff is incredibly helpful on working with me and my busy schedule, or on sampling new products that may work better with my menu. As long as I run the Tavern on Main kitchen, we will be serving Engleman's bread
