Poor service, poor management and they nickel and dime you for everything. My order is frequently incorrect and customer service is no help.

Like other reviewers, I used to frequent this place for lunch but won't be going back anymore. Prepare to be charged extra for everything. Service is also sub-par and unfriendly. After they make your food, they RUN over to the cashier and tell them what you ordered to make sure you were charged extra for everything.

The staff is the friendliest, the food is great and super healthy, they list the macros of each food choice on their website, and everything is super customizable. Healthy and easy—love this place

Friendly staff. Salads are very fresh and served quickly. There are many healthy options with the nutrition info available. This is one of my go-to lunch spots.

This used to be quite a good place to get a quick, healthy meal. It is now poorly managed, seems to be a clusterf@@k, and the music is like a dance club or rave. The food is poorly executed and inconsistent.

Was going to revisit today after having a bad experience with microwaved eggs about a year ago....went to order and glanced up and saw their health rating score of 81.5....NO THANKS!

I see there are very mixed reviews, and I wonder if it's because of the two different locations? I went today to the location in the BOA plaza (connected to the Omni) and the service was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious and healthy. I'll be going back for all my breakfasts while I'm staying here.

Used to be one of favorite places for a salad. Now they charge extra for avocado, removed the free yogurt sample, have terrible drinks and smoothies, and NOW have drastically changed their southwestern ranch dressing. Highly disappointed. Boo. Doubt I will be visiting again. Used to be, at minimum, my once a week spot for lunch.

I really love this place. If you like fresh salads with LOTS of toppings, this is the spot. People always tease me my "salads" are mostly toppings but, what the hey!?! it doesn't cost any extra and all the toppings are always fresh and delicious. The juice bar and free fro yo doesn't hurt either!10 sandwiches or salads and they hook u up with a free one. Not bad!

First time here, and I was blown away by the food. I ordered "The Hulk" and it's spectacular, plus it's healthy and made fresh right in front of me. Food is reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!
