En Lai Chinese

Placed an order thru GrubHub and they cancelled the order. Their reasoning is that they were closed. Everywhere says they are open till 11pm.

I always call ahead and my meal is always ready in 10-15 minutes. Typical American Chinese food, everything a reasonable person should expect

NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from here. I'm going to try to upload the picthure of this big fabric/ lint looking thing that was inside of my vegetable egg roll. I can't even begin to explain how grossed out I am right now.

Food was delicious. It was clean and fresh. Best chinese kitchen to go to.

This is my first order here. I am new to the area and a few other places I tried weren't so great. We tried several dishes to see how it was overall. The food arrived fast and hot, within 30 minutes. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Hot & Sour soup - had a tad of a sweetness to it and normal spice levelCrab rangoons - These are huge. 12 wonton size in an order. Crispy. Vegetable egg roll - CrispyFried vegetable dumplings - Cooked well. It tasted good.Chicken & broccoli with garlic sauce - Delicious. I only gave it 4 stars because I did not speak with anyone or see the establishment. I ordered on grubhub. I will order again.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in albany!

Best chinese food around love the deep fried scallops and chicken and broccoli, you cannot go wrong with anything from here. The employees here are always polite and very kind, best Chinese in the capital region.

Food was amazing

Great food and Super POOR Customer Service ... period ! They need to take customer service training classes pronto...and learning to go above and beyond for the customer and that your in the food service industry and you are providing a service to the individual and the general public. Food safety and honoring the request of the general public and the person is super crucial for their business it should never be rejected any requests. You don't know who is who... So without doing anything for customer(s) when they asking for a request..then you might as well close your doors and don't be apart of the general public and it's food service industry.. please Improvement is must !

Good for the price, thought it was a full service restaurant but it is mostly just take out. The staff made us feel welcomed while we did eat at one of the 3 tables. Pupu for 1 was enough for 2 or 3, all food was fresh.

If there were a way to leave no stars, I would have. The driver just cussed at my husband because we didn't give them a big tip because our food was late and instead of him coming to our door, he honked and called my husband to come to the car to get the food. That's not how delivery works. Not to mention, the food is beyond plain with no flavor and we ordered at 4:45 and they hardly had any of the food or beverages we wanted. Terrible.

Fresh vegetables every time!

Well, what can I say, they have a couple of dishes that are really good, I'm very particular about my General Tso's chicken and I feel it is very good here... crab Rangoon good, sweet and sour chicken good, most everything else about average for Chinese takeout...That said, the place is filthy, the tables are sticky, the counter and floors are gross. One time the owner, I think she is the owner, was sitting at the register eating her lunch which consisted of taking a mouthful of fried rice, chewing it up, and spitting it in a box next to the plate she was eating off of. The register is on the counter in the kitchen... and she cashed me out in between doing this, dropping fryer baskets, and scooping rice... no gloves or hand sanitizer.

I love this place! Food is always hot and delicious. I always get my order in less than a half hour!! They also gave us a calendar!
