hi, we don't have dedicated parking, but there is lots of legal street parking on both sides of P St NW, 21st and 22nd and also free 2 hour parking in the surrounding neighborhoods - but it is Zone 2 so there is a firm 2 hour limit. of course, we are in DC so that doesn't mean it's easy to find a spot at peak times! BUT we're only 2 blocks from the dupont circle metro and we are very bike friendly - if you forget your lock just bring it in : ) thanks for everyone's insights!
