Very well managed, great food, tremendous menu. Something for everyone. You can actually hold a conversation here even when crowded. Dogs welcome.

In fact, every place loves it. The weather is good. Everyone in the local area has fulfilled the civic responsibility. And every community is doing environmental work. Including bitterness. Although I only travel, our hard work and community are just superficial. Really helpless is not a good opinion of our inferior people.
No. The restaurant did not close because of slow business. I am part of the previous owners family so we don’t know who this friend of owner is . Our family sold the restaurant due to retirement and will reopen under new ownership in a couple weeks.

Emerald Chinese food was temporarily closed do to the family retiring from the business , they are now open under new ownership.

And yes they still have dim sum for lunch.

Pearl in Rancho Bernardo (the sister restaurant) is being remodeled so I'm sure Emerald is as well. There is a new Restaurant i think called Dim sum in Clairmont thats suppose to be just as good
