Great and yummy American breakfast! A popular breakfast place which also means can be quite a queue in the morning/for Brunch. Its close proximity to Ann Morrison Park means can have a stroll after meal too. Cheers!

Solid breakfast joint. Large, so often no wait/short wait. Locally sourced, inventive dishes. Been here 5 times, all meals were well worth the money . Elmer's = always reliable

Great family place to have breakfast. My visit was on Sunday morning. Had to wait 45 min. to be seated, but food was great. I had the Belgian waffle with maple syrup. I bet weekends are their busiest.

It was okay. But I felt like the waitress could have come by more often and asked if I wanted more iced tea. I had to track her down just to get a refill of my drink a couple times that I wanted a refill. I just ordered a large plate of fries and for the amount of fries I got for the price was not that much. I got more fries at Burger King for a cheaper price than I did at Elmer's.

Tasty food, large portions, lighter menu, modest prices, variety.

This place is great! A moderate line to be seated always means good things are in store. Surprised the wait was only a few short moments. The service was second to none and the portions were exceptional! I tried the German pancake and tossed on a side of Works hash browns. Get both of these and you will be very happy.

Their omelettes are great and enjoy the pancake with it. The service was great. Able to call ahead to reserve a space . Always worth the visit

Rosemary was our waitress and she was great. The food was tastey. Just the building is slightly old looking. Overall good experience, way better food than Ihop.

Best family restaurant I’ve ever been to! I loved it and so did my kids. We were only in Boise for a few days, but my kids kept asking to go back. Excellent menu with some unique, but delicious selections. Service was so polite that I felt like I was in another time. If you go to Boise with your family you’ve got to stop by Elmer’s.

It's a very cute comfortable. Wonderful service, clean friendly and I love the place family oriented. I was a visitor, in town for my grandson's graduation. It's adjacent to the residence inn and very easy to walk to.

Such a great menu and service, very friendly. I had a large and tasty Cobb salad. My colleagues all had delicious looking food as well. The chocolate cake was super rich and moist. Best of all only $4, what a deal.#travelformortals
