Elizabeths Pizza Italian Restaurant

Absolutely Horrrible! I place an order thru uber eats and my order was delivered to the wrong floor at the hospital. No big deal but when i call Elizabeths for help i got a "Thank you sir i don't know what you want me to do i don't know how this works" For someone to not know they sure did know how to get ahold of the driver. Did Elizabeths offer to remake the order or even apologize? Nope they told me i could go to room 810 and get it. I'm in the hospital for reason & its only been 28 Hours since I've last ate!!!

Ordered meals today, calzonne texture and sause was good as usual, however cheese looked and felt different. It was too..."light" not the usual texture, it was also kind of bland. Barely ate, it was disappointing, not the usual calzonne I love.

Amazing gem of an Italian restaurant, my only regret about my trip is that it was first one. Despite advertising their pizza (which is amazing) they have a full Italian menu, including spaghetti and meatballs which I fully intend to sample later!

We visited Elizabeth’s Pizza at Silas Crossing in Winston today around 4:00, after debating between several Italian restaurants in the area. Nice atmosphere, appropriate music, staff all wearing masks, tables distanced apart. We’ve eaten here before and first fell in love with Elizabeth’s when we lived in Greensboro 25 years ago before moving to the Blue Ridge Mtns. It’s nice to always have consistently great food. Although prices were a little steeper than what was viewed online earlier, the food was good and the portions were plentiful. We all took home at least half of each entree. Plenty of options for vegetarians, which is so nice. My daughter ordered the Baked Ziti -cheese- ( $13.99) and had the salad as her side. Great ranch dressing-not too thick, tasted homemade. My husband ordered Spaghetti w/ Meatballs ($14.29) with soup as his side. Their soup of the day was Tomato Bisque . Highly recommend! He would have ordered a gallon to-go I think! I had the Vegetarian Stromboli -small-($10.59) and was so happy that it had all of my favorite veggies. Onions, green peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, cheese. We ordered garlic knots as an appetizer ($7.29) and a side of marinara sauce for dipping ($3.99). Impressive size bowl for the size, when compared to some of the other chain Italian places. Since it was only 4:00, I didn’t order my usual wine, but they have a nice selection of both wine and beer. Jose was friendly and attentive to our needs. He brought to-go boxes, drink cups and a bag w/o us having to ask first. Since all of our girls have been servers, we definitely appreciate nice service.

I love their pizza, I try and order it whenever I’m in the area!

first time dining in , it did not disappoint. it has a large food selection. great good, great costumer service.

Such a welcoming place. We brought two toddlers. Our server never blinked when the full water glass was knocked over. Instead, she offered us another seat and a bunch of napkins. The food was amazing and I was so thankful this was my choice for lunch with my daughter. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The food and service were outstanding.

We went Sunday around noon the service was really slow. There was long stretches where we were just sitting there waiting for our waitress. No one was rude but I do feel like we were ignored. We ordered two 12 inch pizzas. The Margherita pizza was really good but the pepperoni was a little greasy but was ok. We ordered cannolis for dessert which the outsides were hard and tasted stale and the insides where way too sweet also covered in chocolate syrup and powdered sugar. It ended up being around 56.00 without tip which I feel was a lot for what was ordered. It was not terrible but i think for 56 dollars could of been a lot better.

I had heard Elizabeth's was good so I stopped by for take out today for lunch. BEST New York style pizza I have had in Winston Salem. The crust was amazing, the sauce was just the right consistency, the pepperoni had just the right spice and the veggies were as fresh as if they were grown out back. This pie is done right. I also found the staff very friendly and welcoming-- I will definitely be going back..

I am adding an update to my previous review. I am posting this on 2/22/2024. I need to say that this is still one of the very FEW restaurants in town that is providing excellent service & a nice family friendly environment! Thank you! 🙏🏼❣️ Chicken Caprese Salad may be my new favorite thing! 😋😂 Wait, what? Oh then there is this Margherita Pizza that I had them add fresh garlic & oregano to. Magnificent!

I love this place so much. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Food is DELICIOUS. I just love it. This is my second time going and the service is impeccable. Thank you Elizabeths. Update: order thru door dash and wow. by FAR the BEST Chicken Alfredo ive ever had. omg. This puts olive garden to shame. noodles were perfectly cooked. The chicken is delicious. the house tomato soup was amazing. better than paneras. id def recommend this place

It's a great Italian style restaurant. Great for families. The food and service are great.

Reasonable wait time, friendly staff, and food was pretty good. Especially the tomato soup.
