Elevation Chophouse & Skybar

If you want to impress someone, bring them to Elevation Chophouse. You can come here casually for dinner or you can dress up and make it a special occasion. The ambiance is very pleasant and sitting alongside the runway is also very cool. The foods is excellent. On our most recent visit, my husband ordered Tango Uniform Martini which was delicious! I don't drink and I ordered one after tasting his! I had the seafood bisque which was very tasty and extremely rich, along with the roasted beet salad which was massive and very good! Hubby had the Chicken Pasta Caper meal and he very much enjoyed it. We are always pleased and stuffed when we leave this restaurant! Be sure to make reservations because they book up for like a week in advance!

Excellent food and fantastic service. I highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is really cool. It's fun to enjoy some adult beverages while watching the planes take off.

Elevations is about experience. It's nice to view airplanes taking off and landing right outside the window as you dine. The food is decent, but the drinks are more creative and fun. That adds to the experience of it all. The 4 stars aren't for a great menu, but again... the experience. They have a great staff; very personable.
