The tuna is DARK. It looks like medium well beef. Spicy tuna is as dark as liver. The sushi chef said its because of the "oils" on the tuna. I guess I was born yesterday and this is my first time eating tuna.

Disappointing! Who in Thailand loads their food with potatoes! There were no authentic vegetables and my Thai coffee was so disgusting, I could not drink it! It must be under new management because this used to be a good place many years ago.

Coming here was not a good experience. The service was horrible. It took our waiter a long time to even take our order. She didn't refill our drinks and someone else had to do it. We waited over an hour for our food and we were the only ones in the entire restuarant. They didn't even let us know they didn't have all the ingredients for one of the dishes until 30 minutes into our wait which tells me they didn't look at the order until then. They messed up the spice level on the dishes but by that point we didn't want to wait another hour for the food. I thought about giving two stars instead just because the food was okay, but the service was so bad I decided not to. Go to Thai Top Ten a couple of blocks down. Better food, service and price.

This used to be the BEST Thai food in Richmond. Unfortunately the quality of food and service has gotten so bad we will probably stop ordering. Three of our last four orders were wrong. I called to request a partial refund and they said they would do it, and then never did. They outsource their delivery so the food arrives cold after over an hour. I am really sad about this because it used to be so good.

Big menu selection. If you like spicy food this place cpuld be for you with their different spicy levels. They also have a non spicy options which are just as good. You must try the Thai coffee and Thai tea!

#starving We just ordered for lunch delivery, and food never arrived. We were told 48 mins wait time, after an hour, we called and were told food was on the way. 15 mins later, called back and they said the driver brought the food back because we were too far for her. They didn't offer to give us a discount, or get our meals out immediately. We cancelled the order. Extremely disappointing and terrible customer care.

Delivery took way too long. OH yeah, and there was a RUBBER BAND in my Pad Thai Jae (but I will say also a good amount of veggies)...

Unexpectedly served our group of 18, service was on point - even with the short notice. Food came out quickly and all of the entrees were still hot. Servers continually came around and made sure everything was going well. The lobby was clean and there is ample seating. Their pad Thai is some of the best I’ve had in the river city.
