These sandwiches are the bee's knees! For real though, I love the options here. I'm not sure why someone would give it one star. I am a very active person with a big appetite and the sandwiches, soups, and salads are all delicious and filling. The prices are comparable to any other sandwich place, so no complaints there. Always friendly service too. Also, they deliver for free! Just keep in mind that it's easy to get addicted to this place, aerioseri too good!

A few more bucks than subway, but between the amazing sandwiches, kind people, and free delivery in the Holland area this place is a no brainer

Every sandwich I’ve had here has been good. With a variety of options, from subs and melts to salads and soup, eating everything off the menu is a challenge I’m willing to take.

Amazing sandwiches shop with an amazing staff as well

Ordered from them for my staff for lunch, said that they had someone at the counter and could not stay on the phone to confirm my payment but my order would be ready for pick up in 20 mins. Get there to pick up and was told that our order was never placed. Spoke to another staff member and was told a simple " sorry he is new " and got kinda rude instead of seeing what he could do to make it right and get the order again to complete. Very poor service and disappointed as they have great food. Will be looking elsewhere moving forward.

I placed an online order for 1 sandwich at 11:36am during a weekday. I believe the estimated time for pick up was 11:51am on the website. I popped in around 11:55am expecting my order would likely be near completion. They were busy, no worries, I'll wait. Well I waited until 12:46pm. They had served any and all that walked in before and after me. I was literally the only one inside the shop waiting when I received my sandwich. It's worth noting I did inquire on my order upon arrival. I require a more sensible and reliable time frame during my work hours for lunch. I will not be returning during that time. If you do go, I would suggest just ordering there, it seemed that those who did, were served first. I am very disappointed as I really do enjoy their sandwiches.
