El Sombrero Grill

Food was carryout, slopped in the food carrier, left the sides off, would not feed my dogs this we trashed it.

We got take out last night and it was soooo good! The service was very friendly and quick! I ordered the Parrilla which is fajitas with chicken, steak, shrimp, carnitas, and chorizo. It was enough for 2 to 4 people and was extra delicious!

I eat here regularly and it is ALWAYS delicious. I usually try something different every time and I have not ever been disappointed. The staff is great, the place is clean, the food is super fresh. There are several El Sombrero's in the Gainesville area and this one outshines them all by far.

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not good at all more like a 50/50 My recent bad experience is I paid 22 bucks for 6 tacos rice and beans. Didnt get my rice and beans and the tacos looked very unpleasant.

Will not be back. We had a larger party of 9 (we divided and set at two tables) and the food staggered out at different times for both tables so we all ate at different times, our 12 yr old niece (the only child in the group) was the last one to eat after most had already ate their food. The food was not terrible, but definitely lacked on the overall. I had a shrimp quesadilla and it was served without cheese - same as my daughter in law - her fajitas nachos were dry, i asked for some cheese and they brought a cheese dip and charged us for it!!!! The service was slow and we had to repeatedly ask for service. I feel a good manager could turn this place around. I must say i do not recommend this location.

Great place to eat during lunch. I always get the speedy combo and it comes 2 tacos and rice for $5.70! I would recommend to anyone who wants a quick and cheap bite. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Um save your money! The food was dry and old. I took a bite of my taco salad and it was sour 🤢. Sent it back and got a burrito with rice and the rice was hard and the burrito was only steak, not cheese sour cream lettuce nothing. The server seemed stressed to the max sweating and acting like she could barley breathe. I use to Love this place but it has really gone down hill. Will keep my business at senior festa. Sorry but the food was just so nasty. I literally threw up

Used to be amazing. Now not so much

Ordered mixed fajitas with shrimp and the shrimp tasted and smelled spoil. Service was good.

Takeout fee was added to my order and over charged for my food order will not go there again
