The food is delicious. Sabor de Maria is one of my favorite places to eat when I am Philly. You know the food is authentic when the owners are in the kitchen. The owners are humble as well and will sit down to talk to the clientele when it's slow as if you are part their family. They definitely have brought a piece of Colombia to Philly. If you haven't been to Sabor de Maria you are missing out .
