We love this place . Great Ecuadorian food. Not too expensive . I felt just like in Ecuador.

++- Loads of food for $7 lunch special- Tastes like you're in a Puerto-Rican (or Dominican) grandmother's kitchen+- A very Hispanic clientele, so you know the food is good if they eat at a restaurant making their home food-- Iced Tea?/Kool-Aid?/Whatever the free lunch special drink is...It is diabetically sweet- Very hidden, and you have to go through a gauntlet of sleezy jewelry salesmen, to get there- I felts the meat to rice ratio was pretty small for the lunch specialTIPS:- Not for the injured or cardiac challenged. It's four flights of stairs and no elevator

Great Price Great food its fresh gave me the vibe of home cooked meal. They are super efficient and fast, added to my local favorites.

Nothing to write home about. The prices are good for the location .... But you have to climb 4 steep flights to get there.

Authentic Colombian /equatorian food, ideal for a quick lunch

4th floor restaurant, my food was excellent, good lamb, rice and veggies with good seasoning. I will be coming back.

The place was clean and the portions were generous. The Chaulafan was really good with the hot sauce which I believe is based on "tomate de arbol" the traditional ecuadorian "aji". The lady is from Cuenca and does well with Sierra food. The ceviche was good but a bit too much ketchup for my taste which made it kind of sweet. There's an ecuadorian food truck (owners are from Guayaquil) that do a better job on the ceviche. Still, not a bad ceviche!

Great place for Ecoudorian/South American style food. Homestyle and nice sized portions for the price.

A lot more authentic than I bargained for. lol Great lunch specials - though the red onions in their salad is a bit too strong for my buds. The tea that comes with it is served room temperature, which is weird.

Is a good sport to eat Ecuadorian food. Don't expect anything fancy. Food is good. Service is good. The only downside is their plastic disposable forks, spoons and knifes.

Great opportunity to experience Ecuadorian cuisine, go find it!
