Love the sandwiches!!

I asked for extra shrimp on my sandwhich and wasnt put on and it was so much bread due to lack of shrimp i had to take the top layer off. I won't be going back there anymore. The quality has gone down.

The service here is beyond slow and they mess up orders - which causes a bigger delay. I came in for an order that was supposed to be almost prepared and was told "5 more minutes." It's been over 15 minutes since I was told that and am still waiting, partially because someone else got their food messed up. I ended up standing at the counter while people who placed orders there, as opposed to in-advance, and yet they got their food before I did? They weren't rude about it, but they certainly don't appreciate anyone's time as much as they should.

Good Food, nice place

Authentic place, great sandwiches. If you want a Cuban, make sure to order it exactly how you want it or they'll put lettuce, tomato, and ketchup on it. No diet sodas and the fountain drink machine was broken.

2 for food. Bad customer service. Was rude when the evening shift girl picked up phone. When i said "ok, I'll be there soon to pick up" all she did was hang up on me. Poor customer service.

Their food is great the samwiches are fat.
