El Potrillo

Was passing through town and ordered some food from El Potrillo to go. We loved the chicken and beef tacos. Grilled shrimp salad was great too, but was missing carrot and salad dressing. Reasonably tasty nonetheless, but maybe check your food before you leave the restaurant in future.

I had a wonderful meal with the best Sangria Margaritas!!

Plenty of food for the price on the lunch menu! Some of a language barrier. We sometimes had to ask twice for the small things like an extra bowl for salsa. Our waiter was a little distracted talking to another staff to notice our drink glasses were empty.

Chile rellenos were wrapped but still really good. Flan and the fajitas del mar were amazing.

The staff is welcoming, polite, and well trained and the food is great. We have also had great luck with take out.

Great food and grest atmosphere

Do not order the $10 for 10 tacos carryout coupon. It is not worth it. I thought ordering from a Mexican restaurant they would be good but I can get get better tacos at Taco John's or Taco bell. They were half filled with no cheese and very little meat and lettuce and cheap corn shells. I was not pleased. The only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 stars is the cash register guy was nice and polite. I don't know if it's cause it was a carryout and they don't care but I will not order from them again.

They were Actually cleaning up getting ready to close but they stayed open to accommodate our party of 7. Good food at reasonable prices. Very good Margarita for only $2.50. Free chips and salsa at the table but the Salsa is very Mild and bland so you have to ask for the spicy stuff which is much better. Very friendly staff highly recommend this restaurant.

Margaritas were good and cheap. The waitress was fantastic. The chips, queso, guac, salsa and enchiladas were amazing. I would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat!

Took my wife here on our very first date, had the fajitas for 2, so much wonderful food! So flavorful, and amazing staff that I asked her to marry me there! Highly recommend this place!

Food was great, service fantastic. We've tried 3 Mexican restaurants in hutchinson, but this had the best salsa and food and service. Keep up the good work!
