Very good food that was cooked quickly and customized as requested. Very fast and efficient service on a busy night! Friendly staff, fresh food, and nice clean restaurant. Well stocked sauces available on the side as well. Affordable and excellent value. Highly recommend!

We like the chicken

Okay first off I was speaking the “manager” quotation marks because She Shouldn’t Be Ordered a 12 piece meal dark meat for $20 and I asked to upgrade it for $3 and it comes with 3 sides which I wanted all mash and then 6 Churros W/ Lemonade . I was Charged Almost $45 And I received 10 piece with 2 mash 6 churros and a watered down lemonade! It’s ridiculous and when I asked how she was going to fix my meal she Hung up on me. I Received the wrong order paid more than I was supposed to! 678 N Wilson Way Stockton Ca

Love the food here the taste is very good and the workers are very friendly, manager is rude every single time when I visited this place she is in the bad mood 😒 I usually go late like 7:30 pm maybe is just me but I don’t go there any more even is only 5 min away from my house. I definitely miss their food ☹️

Best fast food there is. If you are on a diet or doing keto, this is a great way to still be able to get fast food without breaking your diet or your bank. They have great coupons always on their app and they’re one of the only restaurants that will give you points for money that you spend and give you a $10 off coupon when you spend $100/100 points. They also have great salsa and sauces there.

Ordered Chicken Black bean bowl. It advertised filled with fired grilled chicken breast, tender broccoli, ripe avocados, rice, cheese and salsa. I was very disappointed it wasn't "chicken breast". It wasn't "filled". They asked what I wanted instead of broccoli (they were out of) and no avocado. They advertise Dr Pepper but don't have it and the chips they offered I didn't received. So all and all (gas, time and expectations) I was disappointed. I watched the commercials for a few days before actually giving in and trying it. Although very disappointed not getting what my mouth was expecting, what I did wind up with wasn't all that bad. Which by no means does not make up for the original disappointment and measures should be taken to correct inaccuracies for sure. I will try again and definitely try calling in before hand and pick up or maybe even try delivery.

I love El Pollo Loco and the food here was prepared perfectly. However, I notice prices in the Central Valley locations are quite a bit more than my local one in Alameda County. Does anyone know why that is? I would think it would be the opposite since the Bay Area is so expensive.
