Food was good but the place was dirty and not kept up. There was a layer of dust on the salsa bar and beverage center, none of the tables had been wiped down, no straws or napkins out, and trash laying around. Just judging by the facilities cleanliness (or lack thereof), my family and I will not be going back.

This location would get 5 stars if the tables were cleaner. The food was very fresh through. Their chicken was moist and the salad and mac n cheese is excellent!

Went through the drive through, got a fajita burrito. It was the shiznit. It came super fresh and hot. The drive through line went quickly, no complaints here. I love the green salad dressing mixed with the green salsa on all of my burritos.

The double chicken tostada is delicious and their menu is full of great combos or easy, quick eats. Their prices are really reasonable. The staff is VERY welcoming, whether you eat in or drive thru.

This El Pollo Loco is almost always clean. I think once a lot of the tables were not wiped down and I have been here quite a few times. The food is always hot and fresh. The salads are great, crisp and tasty. I highly recommend eating here.

Food was great! I did have to ask twice for the right amount of salsa through the drivethru, so keep it in mind! They were totally nice about it when i brought it up and gave it to me right away, so just don't forget to double check and ask :)

Not sure what is going on but the past few months my drive-thru order hasn't been correct. I think their food is good, but I'm tired of getting home and finding food missing or an order done wrong.
