It was a very nice quiet place. The food was really good,the drinks were great,and the service was A+. We went there for my Mother's Day dinner and we would definitely go back. My leftovers were also still delicious the next day.

Fast, friendly service. Authentic Mexican food. Very clean restaurant. Expected the lunch portions to be small, but no, very hearty. The “Speedy Gonzáles” was amazing! My first time trying Chile Relleno, so good!

Take out is a mess. The kids quesadilla comes in a pie tin with refried beans and rice which gets all over it making it soggy and the amount of chips you get for a large queso could fit in a sandwich bag. Also the shell for the taco salad was soggy and not at all crunchy. Very disappointing meal.

The whole experience was just okay. I actually didn't realize this place is part of a chain. It's cleverly disguised as a local spot. Food wasn't anything special and it wasn't particularly fresh. My meal was basically a la carte since I couldn't find a combo that I wanted. It was deep fried and covered in cheese sauce. Not a shred of lettuce or a single tomato was added to the plate for garnish. The cheese enchilada had a slightly sweet taste. I couldn't place why that was the case. Our service was just okay. It took a while to get our food although it wasn't busy when we went and getting a box and our check took entirely too long after she asked if we were ready for it. I didn't hate this place. Seems like it would be a pretty good place for drinks and splitting some plates with friends. I probably won't be back, but I'm glad I tried it. Oh yeah, my son wants me to mention that the sweet tea here tasted "odd" and I do concur, it did. He's a sweet tea professional.

I honestly didn’t know that carne asada could taste so good. My kid had the chimichanga and they cleaned their plate. This was our second time and service has always been really friendly. This has become our Tex-Mex go to.

Good Mexican food.

First, they brought the chips/ salsa and black bean to the table. The black beans were a little skimpy, but the amount of salsa made up for it. Great taste, we cleaned out the bowl of chips and still had enough to spoon over our meals. The margaritas were nice, but on the pricy side since we were out of happy hour. I got the EL Paso special (I lived in El Paso, Texas for several years and I miss good Mexican food). The food was good, but just a touch bland due to lack of salt. I would have loved a saltshaker on the table. I know some people like to reduce their sodium intake, but salt brightens up the taste of food.
