El Paraiso Mexican Grill

We got there and were lucky to be seated right away. The food was good and the service was good. Prices were not too bad.

The staff is very friendly and the food was fantastic! Great prices and lots of high quality food. Everytime I come in it's always a good time and that is in part due to the great staff!

We loved the food in this place, we sat in a booth in the bar , I asked the server if he can put the mariners game in the tv, he did , we ordered our food and started eating suddenly the owner comes over gets the remote control and changes the channel to a soccer game, I looked around and no one was watching the soccer game, I informed the man that we were watching the baseball game and he ignored me, he mumbled something and walked away, I lost my appetite and left the rest of my food on the plate, what I understand from this confrontation is that the customers do not matter to this person, we visit several Mexican restaurants and the way one is greeted makes a difference, I do not remember the owner in this establishment ever smiling at anybody, in the other hand the staff is very friendly, although the food is great we will never visit that place again. One star for the owner is to much.

I am getting closer to Cali Mexican style. Salsa had a good heat and flavor. Fresh tortillas made by a very nice lady add you walk to your seats. For the sports fan... they have several TVs and okay most games.

They were very busy. Was sat at a table in the back. Waiting a very long time. They brought water, chips and salsa then no one came back to wait on us. Left some money for the chips and salsa and went to another restaurant for dinner. Will give them a try another time ti see if service is better.

Waiter was way too pushy - when I cleared my plate He said, "Oh you hated it." Actually, I was famished as had not eaten for 24 hours! This was the worst Mexican food I've had in AGES. It was SO bland that it almost was not edible, but remember, I'm famished! I added TONS of hot sauce which I had to request - it was not on the tables. I just could not get the food to perk up and be tasty. The salsa served with chips tasted Meh! Probably not made on-site - out of a container, likely. The bean dip was OK - most tasteful item on the table. I had an Enchilada Verde and it was just bland - bland - bland. My customer wanted to meet here and she would be the ONLY reason I would return.

Horrible experience, people that eat there are rude and took my mother's chair when she got up for the restroom. Felt rushed from the moment we sat down that they constantly kept coming by trying to take stuff as we were eating it. Wouldn't blend my margarita... not very thrilled with the place.

The tortillas and salsa are delicious. The micheladas are delicious. The service has always been good and the food, too.

Great service by extremely attentive waitstaff! Fun and lively atmosphere, delicious authentic Mexican food! Would definitely reccomend you try this place just once and you will make good memories here👍☺️.

I’m so disappointed , last nigth I went there with my family and the food was all burnt the carne asada was a very small potion I told the chef he suggested that from another plate transfer carne asada to mine (my son ordered carne asada too ) i mean im paying 20 dollars a plate for carne asada and the most I get is rice and beans ….. and just a small strip of carne asada . What makes me nada is that they didn’t care about it they told us that there is nothing to do about it my daughter didn’t eat her burger cuz it was all burned 😞 I paid 130 total just for nothing that’s no fear 😰 I used to love this restaurant.

If you dine in, you'll always have a great experience here. They are very friendly here and do a good job of making you feel welcome. Their service is amazing and very quick. Take out on the other hand is not the best experience. The portion sizes are smaller with takeout and I feel like it's almost more expensive to eat out. Cost me $85 for 3 people, and the thing that broke the bank was the 4 horchatas that were 1/4 of my bill. And the size of the drinks was small. I could get a big gulp sized horchata from 7-Eleven that would cost me way less and it tastes better.

Always great food and service. Sopes Dr Carne asada was outstanding. My only complaint is that the alcohol prices seem to have gone up a lot. $13 For a double mojito with well rum is just disappointing. Won't keep me away but I won't have a drink with dinner again.

The food here is great! But the staff is really what will cause me to go back. I tripped on the curb outside their Colby location and they were instantly at my aid. I don't even think they were open yet, but they immediately offered me ice and a chair. Wouldn't accept a tip or anything for their helpfulness. Really good people there - I am grateful and will be back! Thank you!
