Very good street tacos

Lovely courtyard, with lovely plantings n feel though needs sun blockers for heat of summer. Friendly servers. Nice fresh food with a vegan option or two or three. Nice art. Live music a plus.

They offer a Vegan and Vegetarian menu. I had a veganized burrito. It was amazing. I will go back.

Love, Love, Love! Great authentic food and atmosphere. If you enjoy your margaritas, like I do, this is your place! They have a wide variety of margaritas - so be sure to try the spicy jalapeño, prickly pear and pineapple. The fajitas are my go to dish but the tacos are also delicious. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s all good! Highly recommend!

I love El Papi, the food is super delicious and authentic, with lots of vegetarian options. Queso is better than most places, and a nice selection of drinks you can't get at other Mexican restaurants. Drinks are reasonably priced but the food is expensive- however it's worth it. I only subtracted a star because they don't provide free chips & salsa- when you are paying this much for a meal/drinks, chips & salsa should be complimentary.

Passing through and came here for lunch with the wife. The place is clean, customer service was great. The staff is real friendly. We started with the queso, guac and salsa chip trio for starters. It was pretty good. The wife had the 3 enchilada dish with beans and rice. I had a taco of Pastor and Carne Asada. The enchiladas were good but the dish needed a little salt other than that the wife says it was pretty good. My tacos were good. The tortilla you can tell are made in house. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because the price for the food is a little over priced. The wife's dish was $19 and each of my tacos cost $5. I have never had a taco that cost $5. Although it was good, it wasn't $5 each good. I've had a lot of Mexican food and this was good but not amazing. Even amazing Mexican food doesn't cost this much. Overall the experience was a good one and we left satisfied.

ALWAYS great food. The chile verde pork dish and pastor tacos are my favorites by far.

Very good atmosphere with outdoor dining. Nice and attentive servers. The margaritas and drinks are craft and made to order-very delicious! Great Mexican food for this area.

Get the puffy tacos. Drinks were heavy on sweet and sour mix.

The food is on point. The service is personal. The location is beautiful. The drinks are to die for. If someone says that Mobile is lame, take them to El Papi
