El Nuevo Dia

A gem! My wife and I stopped in this bakery to check it out and we're glad we did. It has an amazing fresh bakery smell inside and an old fashion feel with glass cupboards that house the goodies. They have a great selection of pastries, but we only chose three being our first time there. After getting home, I fired up the coffee pot and we indulged in some of the best, local pastries I've ever had...all under $4 bucks! My only recommendation is that they move the parchment paper from the counter to the tray area so folks don't have to set their pastries on plastic trays. Over all 5 stars for this little bakery on the outskirts of Nashville, TN.
