El Molcajete

Food was awesome! No lard in the beans. The neighborhood feels like another country but safer. Food was incredible and salsa was insanely good! Server was polite and efficient. Definitely a "hole in the wall," sketchy neighborhood, amazing food.

We had tired of mass-produced Florida sea-food fare, so tried this nice little Mexican restaurant in Marathon. The prices are very reasonable and the service excellent. The chicken in mole sauce was outstanding. Nothing fancy — just great food and service.

Nice clean restaurant. Food was excellent. Staff was attentive though they could use a few more helpers. Great experience I would go again. Cash only FYI.

If you're looking for a great authentic Mexican food, look, no further. The staff is wonderful. The food is amazing. It was my first time going so I definitely not my last!
